At Votech you will find a complete range of dosage possibilities. Because the customer has a problem, we at Votech offer a customized solution. To determine which type of dosage suits you perfectly depends on three questions: the type of product, capacity and product breakage.
For each product we can use a suitable type of dosage for you.
A example of the various advantages of a Votech dosage are: Low dust generation, high capacity, solid/robust design, easy to clean. Capacity: up to 1.400 bags/hour.
Horizontal dosing screw
The horizontal dosing screw has been developed with a large screw for coarse dosing and a small screw for fine dosing. Very easy to clean.
- Range: 5 to 50 kg
- Capacity: Up to 700 weighings/hour
Vertical dosing screw
The vertical dosing screw has been developed for under-level filling of various types of powdery product in bags/boxes. By applying this technique the process is dust-free. The screw is very easy to clean.
- Range: 5 to 50 kg
- Capacity: Up to 450 weighings/hour
Dosing belt
The dosing belt system is for dosing pet food, pellets, seeds and mixtures at medium speeds. A driven motor regulates both the coarse and fine dosing by means of volume so there is no product breakage.
- Range: from 5 to 50 kg
- Capacity: Up to 1,400 dosages/hour
Gravity feeder
Servo controlled gravity feeder for high speed weighing of products such as granulates, animal feeds, etc. A servo driven motor regulates the coarse and fine dosing.
- Range: 5 to 50 kg
- Capacity: Up to 1,100 weighings/hour
